Availability check and invoicing

You will receive an e-mail confirmation that we have received your booking request. We will check the availability as quickly as possible and you will receive a final confirmation or cancellation of your booking.
In the event of confirmation, you will receive the travel documents, the invoice and the insurance certificate by post.
After receipt of the invoice and the security certificate, 20% of the tour price is due for payment immediately, the remaining payment is due 30 days before the start of the tour.
For bookings made less than 30 days before the start of the tour, the entire tour price is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice and the security certificate.
