Vintage Tours was born out of a shared passion - our love to classic cars and Portugal. We have been travelling this country by classic car for more than twenty years and have experienced its beauty, diversity and authenticity in a very special way. With Vintage Tours, we want to pass on our fascination and give our guests experiences that go far beyond an ordinary journey: unforgettable road trips in timeless MGA roadsters, combined with culture, cuisine and the special Portuguese way of life.

Matthias has always been a lover and collector of classic cars. During his long professional career in Portugal, he travelled the country countless times in his own classic cars - and has known it like no other from behind the wheel for over 20 years. Today, he ensures that our fleet of MGA roadsters is always kept in perfect condition. To this end, he has built up a reliable network of mechanics and spare parts partners in Portugal. Matthias has personally tested every route we drive and recorded it in our road books - nothing is left to chance. His aim is to show our guests the most beautiful routes far from the mainstream. "I want our road trips to be unique experiences that make every kilometre an unforgettable memory."
Valeska Haux
Valeska has also known Portugal from the perspective of a classic car for more than two decades. She is particularly keen to introduce our guests to the country's culture and history as well as its unique routes. Thanks to her many trips, she not only knows the best-known sights, but also those special places that are considered real insider tips. With her flair for excellent cuisine and hotels, she has built up a network of partners that makes every Vintage Tour an unforgettable experience. "I want our customers to get to know the culture and history of one of Europe's most unspoilt regions - in a completely authentic way." Another project close to Valeska's heart is the expansion of the exclusive "Vintage Tours for Ladies", with which she wants to give women special access to unforgettable road trips in classic cars.

Carlos is not only the founder of Auto Carlos MSP in Ponte de Lima, but a true passionate mechanic and an indispensable part of Vintage Tours. He devotes himself to our MGA Roadsters with tireless dedication, great care and a keen eye for detail. For Carlos, nothing is routine - he treats every vehicle as if it were his own. The many hours he spends in the workshop together with Matthias are characterised by a genuine enthusiasm for classic cars. What drives him is the joy of sending Vintage Tours guests on unforgettable journeys in perfectly maintained vehicles.
