Vintage Tours joins Organization Porto and North of Portugal

Vintage Tours is delighted to announce its official membership of the regional Tourism Organisation Porto and North of Portugal – Convention & Visitors Bureau. Vintage Tours offers exclusive classic car tours in Portugal and Spain. One of Vintage Tours's main focuses is classic car trips through northern Portugal. Joining the Organization Porto and North of Portugal, which promotes sustainable tourism in this region, among other things, is therefore a logical step in the further development of Vintage Tours.

The mission of the Organization Porto and North of Portugal is to develop northern Portugal into a leading tourist destination, promoting authenticity, sustainability and innovation, thereby contributing to the economic, social and cultural development of the region.

Matthias Haux, founder and owner of Vintage Tours, who himself lived in northern Portugal for several years, is delighted to be a member of the Tourism Organization Porto and North of Portugal. Not least because classic car tours through northern Portugal are at the heart of Vintage Tours's travel offerings. These include trips to the Douro Valley and the Peneda-Gerês National Park, among others.

The classic car tours through the Douro Valley focus in particular on experiencing the unique cultural landscape and history of winegrowing in the Alto Douro, one of the oldest wine-growing regions in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
